Amenity on a rainy day

I went to Parco to meet up with my friends. There, I found a recipe book, 男のイタリアン and browsed it. It has simple and quick recipes. I really wanted the book. But I wanted to try one of recipes before purchase. So, I put it off and memorized one of recipes. The recipe I chose was carbonara of Roman style. It takes you only 15 minutes and it is easy to cook. The key is that you need to stir-fry all them on gentle heat without making egg harden. I did it perfectly. It tasted very good!
